General
All persons visiting Stella’s Falabellas are admitted subject and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
Guests under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and will not be allowed to attend the premises without making the owners aware prior to arrival, for safety reasons. Proof of age may be requested, and entry may be refused. Stella’s Falabellas has an age restriction, for Health & Safety purposes. We cannot accept any children under 6 years of age, this includes babies. Children must have reached the minimum age of 6 years old on the day they participate. Please note: Children between 6 and 12 years old must share one horse with an adult.
The walk experience option requires a moderate level of physical capability for you to be able to participate fully. We must be made aware of any medical condition or physical impairment which may affect your ability to participate. This includes visual or hearing impairments and pregnancy. If you are unsure of your ability to participate fully, please discuss this with us, at the time of booking.
All Guests walking must wear appropriate clothing, sensible walking shoes or boots must be worn, no open toe sandals or flip flops allowed, trousers or jeans are also advisable due to possible walking through long grass etc
Management accepts no responsibility for vehicles or their contents, which are left entirely at owner’s risk.
No dogs are allowed anywhere on the premises, and dogs should not be left in vehicles in the car park unattended.
Any behaviour such as drunkenness, violent or abusive conduct, which may constitute an annoyance to other guests or staff is prohibited.
Anyone displaying lewd, offensive, or threatening behaviour (either to guests or staff) will be removed from site without a refund.
Animals
By their nature animals may act unpredictably, regardless of experience or training. By visiting Stella’s Falabellas for any experience or activity you understand that any interactions with animals has inherent risks and that horses may kick or bite or act unpredictably on occasions and accept this.
You also understand that children are particularly at risk around horses and agree that you will keep all children you are responsible for under close supervision at all times.
Tickets
All guests entering must have a valid booking. On arrival, please bring with you your booking confirmation (printed or on a mobile device).
Due to Health and Safety reasons, we cannot accept spectators who are not participating in the activity. If you do have someone accompanying you, yet they do not wish to walk or perhaps are not able to, then they are welcome to join you for the introduction and meet the horses and then they can re-join you after your walk. This may be chargeable and should be discussed on booking. If they do not wish to join you, they must leave the site, returning only after your session has ended.
The management are not obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
Fire, Health and Safety
The climbing of fences, walls or any other buildings is forbidden.
Ignoring safety warnings given either verbally or by signage may result in being asked to leave the site without a refund.
The possession or use of illicit drugs is strictly forbidden.
The possession of any weapon or other item to cause damage or injury to persons or property is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal action being taken.
Any person failing to comply with instructions from a member of Management may be ejected from the premises with no refund.
The guest shall pay for the cost of repairing any damage caused to the property, contents or grounds of Stella’s Falabellas and its guests.
Stellas Falabellas reserves the right to evacuate the premises in the event of a Fire Alarm, or other emergency irrespective of whether it is a genuine emergency or not, in order to protect all guests, management and staff and in this event, does not accept any liability for any delay and is not liable to refund.
Fire and Health and Safety meeting points are illustrated at site by use of signage. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with these on arrival.
Smoking Policy
Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited within all areas of the site. Management and Staff reserve the right to refuse admission or to evict guests should they violate the smoking policy.
Liability
Stella’s Falabellas shall in no circumstances be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense or any consequential or indirect loss or damage of any kind.
Stella’s Falabellas does not accept responsibility for parental supervision or guardianship for any individuals under the age of 14 years.
Force Majeure
In this clause, “Force Majeure” means any circumstances beyond the control of The Company including, but not limited to, acts of God, adverse weather conditions to war, civil disturbance, order of a Government Ministry or department or public authority, fire, flood, natural catastrophe, royal demise, labour dispute, lock-out, withdrawal of labour or breakdown or interruption of services or transport (public or otherwise) or death or illness of a key person, lack of power and delays by suppliers or materials shortages.
If the Company is prevented from or hindered from operating or partially operating by a Force Majeure the Company may, at its sole option, and without being liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Guest or guests/delegates of or any thirds party employed by the Guest suspend operations for the period of the event plus such time as may be required to resume normality. Such an event shall not entitle visitors to take any steps against the company for breach or to terminate the agreement or otherwise.
Promotional Codes and Voucher Codes
Stella’s Falabellas reserves the right to cancel or amend promotional/voucher codes and their terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Photography
From time to time Stella’s Falabellas or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording within the premises, which may feature visitors. Entry to Stella’s Falabellas is deemed acceptance of these regulations and you therefore agree that Stella’s Falabellas or any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Stella’s Falabellas or such authorised party (as the case may be).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
When you book an experience with us, you are agreeing to our Terms and conditions.
When booking on behalf of a group, the individual making the booking will have the overall responsibility for everybody within their group agreeing to these Terms & Conditions and you are securing your places on the time and date you have booked.
Cancellations and Refunds
We know the unexpected happens, Please let us know as soon as you know if you are unable to attend, should you need to cancel your experience, then we will make every effort to re-schedule your experience within a three month period from your experience date (subject to availability) If you are then unable to attend your re scheduled booking Stella's Falabellas is under no obligation to offer further re-schedule dates.
No show Policy
If you do not attend your experience without making contact and your experience is paid in full either by payment or by gift voucher, there will be no refund and the gift voucher will be deemed spent and be under no obligation to re-schedule a further experience date.
If Stellas Falabellas Cancel your booking ie if the weather is deemed un-suitable or conditions to dangerous we will offer you an alternative date within a three month period
